Mexican arrested by migratory authorities

was arrested September 15 when he arrived
on a flight from Mexico.
Cuban migratory authorities accused him
of "human trafficking."
The man, Benito Garca, was coming
to Cuba to marry his fianc, the

visa at the Cuban embassy in Mexico City.
