Three opposition activists sentenced as
'dangers' to society b2t24
HAVANA, March 27 (Juan Carlos Linares
Balmaseda / cubanet.sergipeconectado.com) - Three dissidents
have been sentenced on charges of being
a "danger" to society.
Raudel Martnez Gmez, 25,
and Vctor Yunier Fernndez
Martnez, 22, received sentences
of three years in prison while Joenny Alonso
Saiz, 24, received a sentence of three years
of home detention.
Martnez Gmez, son of political
prisoner Ral Martnez Prieto,
was sentenced February 23 following his
trial.
Fernndez Martnez, a member
of the Popular Republican Party, and Alonso
Saiz of the November 30 Democratic Party,
were tried March 15.
